What I do in a session
An osteopathy session with me is hands-on work, at the clinic or at your home, with posture advice and exercises for home.
First I see you
I assess your case at the first visit. The Comprehensive Body Assessment lasts 60 minutes at the clinic; the details are on the Comprehensive Body Assessment prices page.
How I work
Hands-on, thorough work, at the clinic or at your home. I don’t work on one isolated area: I look at your body as one single, indivisible unit.
Payment
You pay by bank transfer, Bizum or cash. I don’t work with insurers.
Good to know before you book
- At the clinic. C/ Ilusión 17, Fuente Nueva, San Pedro de Alcántara, by appointment only. There is a free, unpaved car park 50 m from the clinic.
- At your home. I visit homes in San Pedro and Marbella and, with prior notice, in Estepona. For a normal visit I can come the same day with at least 4 hours’ notice; ideally book in the morning for the afternoon, or the day before. More under how a home visit works.
- At your office. I also come to your office: message me and we’ll agree the day and time.
- If you also want to train. I’m a personal trainer too. I offer sessions at your home in San Pedro de Alcántara or Marbella and at the Panatta gym in San Pedro, with training programmes that respect your anatomy. Training sessions are separate from osteopathy: each has its own price and time. The prices and online coaching are on the personal training page.
- If it’s serious. If in doubt, or if it’s serious, it’s best to see the doctor first and then the osteopath. For medical emergencies, call 112.

Questions if you work at a desk
Can you come to my home if I work remotely?
Yes. I come to your home; for a normal visit I can come the same day with at least 4 hours’ notice, but ideally book in the morning for the afternoon, or the day before.
Do you come to the office?
Yes, I also come to your office. Message me and we’ll agree the day and time.
Can I book for 8:00 AM, before I start work?
Yes. The clinic is open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM, by appointment only: message me and we’ll agree the time.
How long is a clinic session?
A clinic session lasts 60 minutes, at €60 per hour. The Comprehensive Body Assessment at the clinic also lasts 60 minutes and costs €70.
Can the session be in English?
Yes. I can do the whole session in English, no problem. For Russian or Ukrainian I work with a translator, on request; we arrange that appointment in advance. The translator costs an extra €60, which you pay.
