I offer regular, gentle osteopathy and mobility sessions at home, specifically tailored for older adults: ongoing care focused on joint comfort, stability, and confidence in movement, in the safety of their own home.
We work on stability with the goal of helping prevent falls and making daily life feel easier.
We can also provide in-home support for seniors, both to improve mobility after surgery or other setbacks and to support daily life.
Programmes are adapted to each person, their age and their circumstances. Service area: San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella and Estepona.

I am Juan Manuel Morales Tamajon, an osteopath and biomechanics expert in clinical practice since 2017. Care is provided in Spanish or English; Russian with a translator, on request.
