Your first visit: Comprehensive Body Assessment
60 minutes at your home, hotel or villa. We talk about what is going on and I check your whole body. Then I start working.
First I listen. Then I observe you. From that I form a picture of your case and carry out a first treatment.
Before I leave, you get posture advice and exercises to do at home, chosen for you. That way you keep working between sessions.
