Who it is for
Personal kickboxing is personal kickboxing training with me, from age 12.
If you have never tried kickboxing, I teach you the basics; if you are advanced, I train with you. I don’t work with minors unless a parent is present.

At your home or at the Panatta gym in San Pedro de Alcántara.
My qualifications
1st-Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing (CEKT, 2014). Advanced Trainer in Bodybuilding, Muscle Conditioning & Fitness and Personal Trainer (National Trainers’ School / FEH, 2017).
